Which is your favorite cookbook? Which do you use the most?

I use Everyday Italian the most. Her recipes are delicious. I also use the Joy of Cooking to learn the basics about something new, like boiling hard boiled eggs, browning the top of a creme brulee, or the difference between flour, cake flour, and self rising flour.
